Shipping and Delivery
We currently offer delivery throughout the United States. Standard shipping charges are calculated according to the order amount as follows:
Orders with a total amount of $125.93 or more qualify for free shipping.
Orders with a total amount of $125.93 or less are subject to a shipping charge of $11.52.
Order processing generally takes 2–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit time is 8–12 business days. DHL is the designated shipping carrier for our standard delivery service.
Processing time and transit time are separate. Processing time covers preparation before dispatch, while transit time begins after the order has been shipped. The combined period is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather, address accuracy, peak periods, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for updating us promptly if a correction is needed before dispatch. Address changes may not be possible after an order has entered the shipping process.
Where tracking information is available, it may be provided to help customers follow the shipment. Carrier tracking information may not update immediately at every stage of transportation.
